Texas. (August, 2020)  (Eagle Transmission)  My shop compressor shut down about 10:30 on a work day. I was calling around looking for someone who could get to it quick. H&K had a full day scheduled, but they made time to stop by between calls. They spent 15-20 minutes diagnosing it, but did not have the part to fix it. Because of their busy schedule, they would not be able to get the part till the next day. Since the problem was going to be easy to fix, ( now that I knew what was wrong) I was able to get the part and install it myself.
